My Favorite Bottleneck

Bottlenecks affect Chick-fil-A
  • July 6, 2018

I really don't like waiting anywhere but I do tolerate it at Chick-Fil-A because I love their food and service. I came across this article and video this morning on Facebook in regards to how Chick-Fil-A, one of my favorite fast food restaurants, is looking to eliminate the long lines in the drive-thru.  It is really interesting about the lengths that they are going through to find better ways to speed your time in the drive-thru and improve their customer service.

Last week I wrote about a bottleneck at a national sandwich chain and I highlighted the bottlenecks in their process that were easily identified.

Just so you know what my trick is...  I get out of the car and walk in and get it to go.  It doesn't always work though.
